Computer tune-ups are based on common computer slowdowns such as spyware, excess startup applications, unwanted software etc. Limit one hour of computer services. After one hour, customer shall be charged a rate of $40 a hour for the remainder of the house call. The standard hourly rate of computer service is $50 a hour. DVD/CD backup discs shall be provided in the promotion. Backup time which includes burning and copying time are counted towards the one hour promotion. Limit one promotion per visit. Promotions can be used at separate intervals. The promotional rates are applicable to friends and family and acceptable without promotional flyer or other KCSS publication.
